Louis Ching
Executive Chairman
Mr. Louis Ching is an experienced investor, entrepreneur, and corporate executive with expertise in international markets, commodity trading, and strategic financing. He has a strong track record in business development across Asia and Africa and currently serves as Chairman and Managing Director of PT International Development Corporation Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Dr Bernard Olivier
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Bernard Olivier, a geologist with 25 years’ experience, has 16 years as a director of ASX and AIM mining companies. He restructured the world’s largest Tanzanite mining company, Tanzanite One to profitability and established a 3.9 million gold ounces JORC Resource for Bezant Resources. He is a Member of AusIMM.
Edward Nealon
Non-Executive Director
Edward Nealon is a geologist with 47 years’ experience in mining and exploration. He co-founded Aquarius Platinum Ltd, once the world's 4th largest platinum producer with peak value of $4.7bn, Sylvania Platinum Ltd, and Tanzanite One. He holds a Masters in Geology and is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Hans Wong
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Wong is a corporate finance and investment professional with over 30 years' experience in international capital markets. As an investor-operator, he specializes in strategic capital deployment and business guidance across multiple sectors. He has a diverse track record, including ventures in fintech, entertainment, and hospitality, and brings extensive knowledge of corporate restructuring and cross-border transactions.
Peter Redmond
Non-Executive Director
Peter Redmond has 35 years in corporate finance and venture capital. He has facilitated listings and reverse takeovers on the LSE and AIM. He co-founded Cleeve Capital and Mithril Capital and played a key role in restructuring AIM-quoted 3Legs Resources. He is a director of Hemogenyx plc.
John Treacy
Independent Non-Executive Director
John Treacy, a London-based financier, specialises in advising growing companies. A qualified solicitor in Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions, he has worked with prominent UK brokerages, advising AIM companies on IPOs, acquisitions, debt restructurings, and placings.

Chief Operations Officer
Current head of corporate for Ananda Developments Plc and COO of Montana Global Limited – is responsible for GEM Resources corporate and UK operational matters.
Wessel Marais
General Manager
Wessel has over 25 years’ experience in the mining industry, including service as general manager of Tanzanite One Ltd when it was the world’s largest producer of tanzanite and where he managed over 1,000 employees.
